Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and clear. The schedule below applies to standard suite and whole-estate bookings. Exact terms are confirmed in writing at the time of your booking, and peak dates (school holidays, ski season, New Year) may carry stricter terms.

Cancellation schedule

• 16 days or more before arrival — cancel free of charge. Full refund, no cancellation fee.
• Less than 16 days, up to 24 hours before arrival — 50% of the total booking is refunded. (A cancellation made 48 hours before arrival receives a 50% refund.)
• Within 24 hours of arrival, or no-show — no refund.

Weddings & events

Events carry a five-night minimum and a bespoke deposit and cancellation schedule, agreed in writing.
