What we collect

• Details you give us through the enquiry form, Naia, email, WhatsApp or phone — your name, contact details, dates, party size and any preferences for your stay.
• Booking and payment information processed securely through our payment partners.
• Technical data such as device, browser and pages viewed, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Notice).

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare your stay and provide concierge service through Naia.
• To process bookings, payments and rates through our property system (Preno).
• To send you occasional updates if you join our list — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the website and understand how it is used.

Naia and our technology

Naia is our proprietary concierge built on Simplify.food by NJ Intelligence. Conversations with Naia are used to understand and prepare your stay. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share data with

We share only what is necessary with trusted providers: Preno (reservations and rates), our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), and analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta) where you have consented. Each handles your data under their own terms.

Your rights
